What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, practice name, the kind of practice you run, your role, whether you have run ads before, and when you want more patients. From your visit: ordinary web analytics, the pages you viewed, and the Meta pixel events described below. If you book a call, the time you picked.
To answer your enquiry, hold the call you booked, and tell you about our services. We do not use it for anything else.
By submitting a form on this site, or an instant form on Facebook or Instagram, you give Buzzword Strategies LLC your express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email you provided about your enquiry and our services. That contact may include calls and text messages sent with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop calls, tell the caller or write to us at the address below. We honor every request within ten business days.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other advertisers. We share it only with the vendors that run our systems for us and act on our instructions: our CRM and calendar provider (GoHighLevel), our email provider (Resend), our hosting provider (Vercel), Meta Platforms (for instant forms and pixel measurement), Google (analytics), and our booking and video tools. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us.
This site uses the Meta pixel and standard analytics to measure which ads bring visitors and which visitors book a call. These tools set cookies and record page views and booking events. You can limit them through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences.
For as long as we are talking, and up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with a privacy law have those rights under that law; we extend them to everyone. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising a right. Your information is stored with access controls, encrypted in transit, and limited to the people who need it to serve you.
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
